Keap Account Audit
A structured, top-to-bottom review of your Keap account across five areas. The goal is a clear, honest picture of where things stand — and a prioritized roadmap for what to do about it.
Area 01
Data Health

Your list is one of your most valuable assets. This section gives you the full picture of what is actually in it.

We pull high-level counts across:

  • Duplicate contact records
  • Missing or malformed fields
  • Bounced contacts
  • Unengaged contacts

No individual contacts get flagged or reviewed. This is about the numbers — the overall health of your data at a glance.

Area 02
Tags

Tags are how Keap knows who to talk to and when. If the tag structure is messy, the whole system works against you.

We review your full tag list: total count, naming conventions, redundancy and overlap, and gaps in best practices. The most important thing we identify is which tags are actively driving automations. That single piece of information tells you which tags actually matter — and which ones are just noise.

Automations & Campaign Builder

We review your automations and produce a clear, organized list of what is active versus what is dormant.

Where we spot potential issues inside active automations, we flag them. You get a clean, readable inventory with honest notes — so you know exactly what your system is doing right now.

Area 04
Email Compliance & Inbox Health

Hit The Inbox already provides a monthly email health report for Her Best Life. This section formalizes and expands that work into the audit.

We document marketable versus non-marketable contact counts, an engagement trend overview, and an opt-in hygiene summary. Clean compliance numbers protect your sender reputation and keep your emails landing where they belong.

Sales Pipelines

You have two pipelines in Keap. We review both — how they are set up and how they are currently being used — and provide forward-looking best practices guidance for making them work harder for you.

This is not a teardown. It is a review plus practical recommendations grounded in what you already have.

What You Receive: A written audit report with prioritized findings and a phased cleanup roadmap. Every area gets its own section. Findings are ranked so you know what to address first, second, and later. The report is followed by a 60-minute walkthrough call to go through the findings together, answer questions, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation.
